OWA Parks & Resort is Hiring a Resort Services Supervisor Near Foley, AL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all areas of responsibility are cleaned and sanitized to standard
- Supervise and mentor employees on your team
- Project professionalism at all times
- Work to keep team morale high
- Ensure all tools and materials are kept in good working order and properly stored at the end of each shift
- Report any personnel or property issues immediately to management
- Ensure your team has all tools and materials needed on a daily basis
- Clean and sanitize all assigned restrooms
- Ensure all trash in assigned areas is pulled and maintained
- May utilize equipment such as pressure washer and blower
- Promote a healthy, safe, & hazard free workplace
- Keep department inventory levels at par
- Stock Park Services closets with inventory
- Ensure the park and RD&E areas are clean and ready prior to opening each day
- Other duties as assigned including some turf care and maintenance and painting
